20March2020 <br />ThomasD.Wilharber,6849CentervilleRoad,Centerville,MN55038 <br />Ihaveresidedinthecitysince1967.IhavebeeninvolvedwithCitypoliticssince1973aslistedbelow. <br />19731980Planning&ZoningCommission <br />19801995CityCouncilMember <br />19952000CityMayor <br />20012004Planning&ZoningCommission <br />20112016CityMayor <br />IhaveservedbothontheCentennialLakesPoliceDepartmentCommissionandtheCentennialFire <br />DistrictCommissionduringtheforementionedyears.IwasinvolvedwiththemergingoftheCityof <br />Centervilleintobothoftheforementionedorganizations. <br />IhavebeenamemberoftheCentervilleLions(aorganizationwhosemodelisServe)forthepast21 <br />years.IhaveservedastheClubTreasurerforthemajorityofthattime. <br />IhavebeenamemberofSaintGenevieveCatholicChurchsince1967andhavebeenaTrusteeforthat <br />organizationsince2003.IwasinvolvedastheprojectcoordinatorforthebuildingofourParish <br />CommunityCenterinworkingwithourbuilderKrausAndersonduringtheperiod20042006. <br />Othermembershipsinclude:AmericanLegionPost620inHugo,MN,NorthernLightCarClub,Hugo, <br />MN,MinnesotaStreetRodAssociation,ClubofStJohntheBaptistoftheChurchofStGenevieve, <br />UnitedStateArmyWarrantOfficersAssociationandtheMinnesotaArmyNationalGuardOfficers <br />Association. <br />Peoplehaveaskedme,hadIaccomplishedduringmytimeinpublicIpausedandthen <br />statedIaccomplishIthenstatedthefollowing,theCouncil,CityStaff,Police, <br />Fireandhiredstaff,(i.e.,Engineeringfirm,Lawyer,FinanceAdvisors)accomplishedalot.Oneperson <br />dotheaccomplishment,WEalldo,workingtogetherforthebestofthecityandourresidents. <br />Sometimes,thecouncilhastomakedecisionsthatarenothappywithsomeoftheresidents,butitis <br />donetoaccomplishthebestforthefutureofthecityanditsresidents. <br />MycivilianjobwaswiththeMinnesotaArmyNationalGuardfrom1963to2000,Iworkedfulltimefor <br />themajorityofthattimebothinAdministrationandLogistics.ImanagedtheNationalGuardArmoryat <br />600CedarStreetfrom1995thru2000. <br />TomWilharber <br /> <br />
