PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer, at its sole <br />expense, shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an <br />certify, as a condition of City acceptance, that the construction work for the Improvements meet <br />the approved City standards. <br /> The Developer, its contractors and subcontractors, shall follow all instructions received <br />from the City and Rice Creek Watershed inspectors, so long as consistent with the Plans.
