Centerville 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />The 2040 Future Land Use Plan (Map 3-2) identifies the land use designations for development <br />in the City. Most of the remaining gross vacant land will be dedicated to residential <br />development. The downtown area will include a mixture of residential uses and retail or office <br />uses with the southern portion of Main Street focused on redevelopment to commercial uses <br />as market demand allows.
