May 8, 2020 <br />Mr. Mark Statz, City Administrator/Engineer <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Schedule <br />A proposed schedule for this project is as follows. <br />May 14, 2020Authorization to begin work <br />Week of May 18 or May 25th On site walk thru and meeting with City staff and LAD. <br />June 10, 2020City Council approves plans; authorizes bidding <br />July, 2020Receive Bids and Consider Award <br />Compensation <br />The work will be performed on an hourly basis with an estimated of $11,900 for design and $5,700 for <br />construction administration. This $17,600 fee is not-to-exceed without prior authorization. This scope and <br />fee assume that the design/bidding/construction process will commence from start to finish with no <br />interruption of engineering services. <br />This letter and scope of services represents the understanding between the City and Stantec in respect to <br />the Project and may only be modified in writing signed by both of us and is subject to the current Master <br />Services Agreement between the City and Stantec. <br /> <br />
