Stantec will layout conduit and boxes to accommodate installation of security, card access, <br />and camera equipment. Equipment will be designed, installed, and provided by others <br />outside of this contract. <br />b. New equipment is anticipated to be: <br />i. Front door card access (replace existing). <br />ii. Cameras to view parking lot and walkway from parking lot to front door. <br />iii. Control (lock / unlock) of front door from front desk. <br />iv. Front desk panic button to initiate remote alarm. <br />c. Stantec will meet (on site or video conference) with City and equipment supplier to assist in <br />coordination of this work. <br />10. Parking lot lighting design. <br />11. Provide technical plans and specs to LAD for them to incorporate into the project documents. <br />Building plans will use AutoCad backgrounds from LAD. The site plan for the parking lot lighting <br />and HVAC outdoor units will use aerial photos for the site. <br />12. Renovations to the HVAC system serving the Apparatus Bay are not included in this proposal. Gas <br />fired infrared heaters and an exhaust fan serve this area. <br />Scope of Services <br />The scope of services for this project will consist of the tasks below. <br />logistics. <br />upgrades. <br />attend the bid opening, and attend one Council meeting to discuss bid results. <br />drawings and submittals, contract administration, preparation of record plans, and one on-site project <br />observation, i.e. punch list. Additional services and site visits can be provided at our standard hourly rates. <br />These tasks include coordination with Leo A. Daly. This is anticipated to consist of three milestone plans at <br />the 65%, 95%, and 100% levels of completion. <br /> <br />
