An easement agreement is on this city council agenda. With this agreement recorded, staff <br />will be recommending a full release of the letter of credit. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />The City Council approved an Interim Use Permit for the 16 room facility. The architect is <br />currently working with our building and fire officials to refine the design of the building <br />and comply with codes.
