ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso to adjourn the Closed <br />Execution Sessions and reconvene the regularly Scheduled Meeting at 10:40 p.m. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser announced that in Closed Session, Council moved to adopt the proposed contract in <br />the packet on a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />During the Closed Executive Session the following action occurred, Motion by Mayor Paar, <br />seconded by Council Member Koski to Adopted the Proposed Contact for the City <br />Administrator.
