<br />The entire table of what is allowed and what is not during the various phases can be found <br />here: https://mn.gov/covid19/for-minnesotans/stay-safe-mn/stay-safe-plan.jsp <br /> <br />City Hall <br />City Hall will continue to be closed to the public while community-based transmission of <br />most recent directives, we will also be <br />continuing to have staff work from home, as noted, even for Critical Sector employees, <br />those who can, must telework. <br /> <br />Public Works <br />Our public works crews will be transitioning from a 2-on-2-off rotation to a new model <br />which will have some work-from-home components as well as other social distancing <br />measures. We feel this new model can still ensure that there are always 2 healthy public <br />works staff members, while shifting to a more sustainable work schedule that allows all <br />four of our staff to be fully engaged in work activities 40 hours per week. <br /> <br />Parks <br /> recent COVID-related Executive Orders (see <br />below) staff has recommended a June 1 opening of playgrounds and deployment of our normal set of <br />porta potties. We cannot afford to have them all serviced more regularly than normal, so we will have <br />the same service schedule as before. <br /> <br />8. Outdoor recreational activities and associated facilities. Notwithstanding paragraph 7.c, the below <br />facilities are permitted to be open and do business, provided that they adhere to paragraph 6 of this <br />(https://mn.gov/deed/guidance). This permission does not extend to facilities and activities that <br />involve prohibited gatherings of individuals in groups of more than 10 or in close proximity. Indoor <br />facilities associated with outdoor recreational facilities covered by paragraph 7.c of this Executive <br />Order must comply with paragraphs 7.c and 7.e of this Executive Order, as applicable. I encourage <br />public outdoor recreational facilities to be open for families and children, and direct all individuals <br />utilizing such facilities to follow the Outdoor Recreation Guidelines. All outdoor recreational <br />activities and facilities must comply with Minnesota law, including but not limited to license and <br />permit requirements, invasive species regulations, and park rules. <br /> <br />gather in close proximity. We still just have 2 active cases in our city. <br /> <br />The new Gov order also spoke about Organized Youth Sports and it appears they are going to let that <br />distancing, etc. <br /> <br />Meetings <br />Executive Order 20-56 states: <br />Legislative and other governmental meetings. The limits on gatherings in this Executive <br />Order do not apply to legislative and other governmental meetings. Remote meetings are <br />strongly encouraged whenever possible. <br /> <br />
