CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the July 12,2006, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />1. Consider Improvements to Old Mill Road (From a Point Approximately 200 Feet <br />North of Revoir to North City Limits <br /> <br />Mayor Capra opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained the proposal to extend services down Old Mill <br />Road. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked if there is cost information for this project. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz indicated that a feasibility study was reviewed in June with a total <br />project cost of $325,000 and there is an alternate to not construct roadway at this time for <br />$180,000. He then explained the scope of the project. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked for the condition of the pavement. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz indicated that the existing pavement is in fair condition and could <br />hold out for the five to ten year range for the improvement. <br /> <br />o <br />
