CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />September 9, 2020 <br />Public Works <br />VIII.3 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Wellhead Protection Plan - Part 2 <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />If there were no comments from the public hearing which will require major revisions to the WHPP Part 2, the <br />council should consider recommending that the plan be sent to the Minnesota Department of Health for review <br />and approval. After MDH's approval, the city would formally adopt the plan and begin using it. <br /> <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />Costs for preparation of WHPP Part 2 previously approved.
