10.0 PROGRAM EVALUATION <br />Centervillewill evaluate the progress of the implementation plan every two years. The wellhead <br />protection plan manager will prepare a short progress report to be completed byDecember 31 of each <br />even-numbered calendar year, starting in the year 2022. The progress report will briefly discuss the <br />actions implemented by the City or any cooperators during the previous two years, and actions that <br />will be completed in the following two years. The progress report willbe distributed to the City <br />Council for their review after which it will be submitted to MDH. <br />According to Minnesota wellhead protection rules, this wellhead protection plan will be updated every <br />10 years from date of adoption or with the installation of any new municipal well to the water supply <br />system. <br />29 <br />193803358 <br />Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. <br /> <br />
