11.0 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ANDCONTINGENCY PLAN <br />The CentervilleWater Supply Plan was submitted to the Department of Natural Resources and was <br />approved on September 20, 2018. Notice of the plan approval is provided in Appendix D.
