<br />COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />Centerville Elementary School <br />Centennial School District is in <br />the early stages of planning an <br />addition to Centerville <br />Elementary. The addition would <br />add classroom space to add one <br />section to each grade. Architects <br />working with the district are <br />looking to fill in some of the <br />courtyard space on the west side <br />of the building and extend the <br />building footprint to the north a <br />bit, necessitating a move of the <br />current playground equipment. <br />With this configuration, the <br />design will look to incorporate <br />natural light into the classrooms <br />that would otherwise have views <br />to the courtyard. The expansion <br />would not require any new work <br />on the parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />Construction on Phase II utilities <br />is now complete. Road work and <br />some backyard draintile is next <br />on the schedule along with reconstruction of the Revoir Street cul-de-sac and parking spaces <br />at Acorn Creek Park. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
