City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />February 4, 2020 <br /> <br />Centerville and the fact that the plans seemed to show grading and an outlet pipe on said property. <br />The commission did not feel that those encroachments should be allowed. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz would convey the commissions concerns to the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />No formal action taken <br /> <br />3. Review of Off-Street Parking in Downtown <br /> <br />The commission was presented with three locations in the downtown where the current parking <br />configuration is not in line with city code. With the pending street reconstruction project in the <br />area, city staff was asking to look at ways to bring these areas into compliance, being sensitive to <br />the needs of those businesses, institutions and residents. The commission had some discussion of <br />options, including diagonal or parallel parking spots. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Wilharber was in attendance to address the parking issues related to the church. He <br />stated that a church has been at this location (on Sorel Street) since 1854. He was appreciative of <br />the issues relating to the code, but hoped something could be worked out to preserve the parking <br />spots. <br /> <br />Staff was asked to bring back on-street parking sketches <br /> <br />No formal action taken <br /> <br />VIII.
