Appeal of Zoning Administrator Decision-Witzel Companies, 7129 20 Avenue <br />Lighting Nuisance <br /> <br />Administrator Statz explained that several months ago, he, acting as the Zoning Administrator <br />issued a letter to Witzel Companies regarding their exterior lighting, stating that it was causing a <br />public nuisance and requiring the nuisance to be mitigated. Mr. Witzel, owner, of Witzel <br />Companies subsequently appealed that decision and was heard by the appeal board (the P&Z <br />Commission).
