<br />Approved <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />April 29, 2020 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville’s Economic Development Authority <br />held a special meeting on April 29, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />President Hanzal called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br />Vice-President Jim Weatherhead <br /> Commissioner D. Love <br /> Commissioner Tom Wilharber <br />Commissoner Michael Giovinazzo <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />Commissioner Love proposed to change the agenda to add two new items under New Business: <br /> <br />1) EDA visitation of other City boards <br />2) City Statue <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Vice President Weatherhead to approve the <br />agenda with changes added. A roll call vote was taken. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Love provided an opportunity for modifications to be made to the February 19, <br />2020 minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by President Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Giovinazzo to approve the minutes <br />as amended.
