CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:31 p.m. by President Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Michael Giovinazzo <br /> Commissioner D. Love <br /> Commissioner Jim Weatherhead <br />Commissioner Tom Wilharber <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz <br /> <br /> the noted individuals were visibly and audibly <br />present on the videoconference call <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by President Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Love, to approve the agenda with <br />the addition of the documents as noted by Executive Director Statz. A roll call vote was taken. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. November 18, 2020 Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by President Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead, to approve the <br />November 18, 2020 Meeting Minutes. A roll call vote was taken.
