City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 9, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Wilharber to Adjourn the <br />Regular Meeting of September 9, 2020 at 8:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Love apologized to Council Member Montain as he forgot to provide him with an <br />opportunity to report. <br /> <br />e. Montain – He stated that he desired for the COVID funding allocations for <br />schools to be equal across the board and not be dependent upon business <br />population versus residential population. <br /> <br />i. Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Montain had no <br />report to give. <br />ii. North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Council Member <br />Montain stated that they had discussed COVID funding, closed <br />captioning and the FFC ruling and franchised fees being less than <br />planned on due to subscriber loss with more to come. Payment should <br />be the same as in the past with the figures that they have been given. <br /> <br />A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain & <br />Wilharber voted in favor.
