City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 12, 2020 <br /> <br />ii. Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member <br />Koski stated that he also just completed the meeting with the Consulting <br />Firm where he expressed his thoughts clearly and stated that the <br />Committee had been interviewing candidates for Duty Crew. <br /> <br />d. Montain – <br /> <br />i. North Metro Telecommunications Commission – No report was <br />given. <br /> <br />e. Love – Mayor Love thanked Election Judges for their dedication and <br />precautions associated with the recent Primary Election. He stated that he <br />believed that their work made people feel safe at the polls. <br /> <br />Mayor Love stated that he is excited to have the new Police Chief on board, <br />welcomed him and anticipates that the Department will benefit from his hiring. <br /> <br />Mayor Love stated that he appreciates the EDA, Planning & Zoning, Parks & <br />Recreation all collaborating to make Centerville the best that it can be. <br /> <br />XI.
