Centennial Fire District Claims through September 22, 2020 (Check #8902-8910), <br />(E2020025) & (Payroll Checks #8896-8900) <br />4. 1724 Heritage Street – Revises Special Assessment Agreement Waiver of Hearing & <br />Appeal (Desired to Keep Well) <br />5. 1747 Meadow Lane – Encroachment Agreement, (Fence) <br />6. 1707 Dupre Road – Encroachment Agreement (Revised) <br />7. 1862 Partridge Place – Encroachment Agreement, (Fence & Deck) <br />8. License/Permit <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Montain provided an opportunity for others to add or remove any items to or from <br />the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested that Item #6 be pulled for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to approve Item #1- <br />5 & 7-12 as Presented. A roll-call vote was taken. Acting Mayor Montain, Council Members <br />Lakso, Koski & Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso noted that Item #6 noted that Anoka County was crossed out and <br />Washington County was replaced for the notary section of the agreement. Attorney Glaser stated <br />that the notary is a registered notary in Washington County and the document was changed to <br />reflect that and it was appropriate. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve Consent <br />Agenda Item #6. A roll-call vote was taken. Acting Mayor Montain, Council Members Lakso, <br />Koski & Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />IX.
