City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 12, 2020 <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />I. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSSION <br /> <br />Annual Performance Review, City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />1. Performance Review of City Administrator <br />In Closed Session Council conducted a successful review <br />for the year 2020 to date. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Change the <br />ons of Employment Effective January 1, 2021 as Follows: <br />Annual Salary: $120,000/year, 13 Years of Seniority, Granting Six (6) Months of Severance, <br />and A Condition that Administrator Statz <br />Termination. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, <br />Montain & Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to close the <br />Closed Executive Session of November 12, 2020 at 8:30 p.m. A roll-call vote was taken. <br />Mayor Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, Montain & Wilharber voted in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br />XII. RECONVENE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Mayor Love reconvened the Regular City Council Meeting at 8:31 p.m. <br />XIII. ADDITIONAL NEW BUSINESS ITEMS <br />1. Annual Performance Review, City Administrator, Mark Statz. Action re: salary and <br />conditions of employment. <br />City Attorney Glaser summarized what happened during the Closed Executive Session for the <br />audience. <br />XIV. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Montain to Close the <br />Regularly Scheduled Meeting of Council at 8:34 p.m. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor <br />Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, Montain & Wilharber voted in favor.
