CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville's Parks & Recreation Committee held <br />a scheduled meeting on February 3, 2021 via Zoom Meeting (ID: 173 583 122). <br />Present: Committee Chairman Kevin Waeghe <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Committee Member Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />Committee Member Kathy Freiermuth <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br />Also Present: Mark Statz, City Administrator/Engineer <br />Michelle Lakso, City Council Liaison <br />Paul Palzer, Public Works Director <br />Absent: Committee Member Emem Akpan <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Committee Chair, Kevin Waeghe, called the February 3, 2021 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:33 p.m., via Zoom. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion made by Committee Member Wae2he, seconded by Committee Member Peterson, to <br />approve the Agenda with the addition of the following items under New Business: V1.5. Pollinator <br />Garden & V1.6. LaMotte Park Restrooms. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />III. APPEARANCES <br />1. Ms. Tara Cole & Ms. Katie Peterson — see Vl. 5. Pollinator Garden, Girl Scouts <br />2. Mr. Pat Branch — see V. 1. Fete des Lacs Logo Art Contest <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS — None <br />V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />1. Fete des Lacs Logo Art Contest - Mr. Pat Branch <br />At the Fete des Lacs meeting, just prior to the P & R meeting this evening, the theme of "Centerville <br />Heroes" was determined. The teachers need to begin setting up their students for the Logo Art Contest <br />
