CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />April 28, 2021 <br />Administration <br />_WS 2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Garbage Day <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />We recently received some public comments, asking if it would be possible to move Garbage Day off of Friday <br />to a mid-week day. The general thought was that this would avoid cans sitting out all weekend while folks <br />were at the cabin. If someone leaves for the weekend before the garbage is picked up, their cans sit out until <br />they return.
