City of Centerville Park and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes April 7, 2021 trails have been proposed. Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to approve the list of proposed priorities of sidewalk and trail segments for sections 1 through 8 as stated in the Stantec Planning Report dated April 6, 2021. All in favor. Motion carried. b. Park Dedication Fees: Anticipated fees from current proposed developments are $309,000 from Bellevill Apartments, $60,000 from Norbella Senior Living and $9,722.25 from Kwik Trip. 5. Anoka County Radio Club Special Events Permit Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Errickson-Grahek to approve the Special Events Permit for the Anoka County Radio Club's use of Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park from June 25 through June 27 for their ACRA/ARRL Field days, 2021. All in favor. Motion carried. 6. Minnesota Grown Program Annual membership is $60 and provides access to labels, obtaining marketing materials & where to find MN grown produce, a newsletter, etc. Motion made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Bettinger to purchase an annual membership to Minnesota Grown, in the amount of $60, under the budget of Main Street Market. All in favor. Motion carried. VII. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 3, 2021 MEETING MINUTES Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Errickson- Grahek to approve the minutes of the February 3, 2021 P & R committee meeting as written. All in favor. Motion carried. VIII. UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS 1.
