Peltier Estates <br />No recent news. <br />th <br />Centerville Storage (20 Ave. Mini Storage) <br />A grading permit has been issued. <br /> <br />rd <br />Pheasant Marsh 3 Addition Letter of Credit <br />The city has received, from the developer, a request for the release of the Letter of Credit <br />rd <br />(LOC) for Pheasant Marsh 3 Addition since they have now sold the last remaining <br />vacant lots. We have asked the developer to produce a trail easement. Once that <br />easement is recorded, we will bring the request back to the City Council. <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />The City Council approved an Interim Use Permit for the 16 room facility. The architect <br />is currently working with our building and fire officials to refine the design of the <br />building and comply with codes. A date has not <br />yet been set. <br />th <br /> Ave. <br />7129 20 <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission heard an appeal from the business owner on the <br />issue of their lighting being a nuisance. The issue was tabled as the business owner <br />expressed plans to comply with the requirements laid out by the zoning administrator by <br />the end of August. A follow-up letter was sent to the business owner, requiring him to <br />abate the nuisance before the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The <br /> <br />
