The matter is being handed to the <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS/STREETS <br />Pickup Purchase <br />After council approved the purchase of 3 pick-ups, a purchase order was sent off to the <br />dealership. We are awaiting word on a delivery date. <br />City Hall Renovation <br />Further discussion on the City Hall Renovation project will be a part of an upcoming <br />Council workshop. <br /> <br />STORMWATER/WETLAND <br />Met Council Stormwater Grant <br />Plans and Specifications are complete and ready for Council approval. If approved, the <br />plans would be sent out to bid, due in late March, or early April. <br />City staff met with representatives from the Church of St. Genevieve to discuss the <br />possibility of irrigating areas on their property as part of this project. Overall, the idea <br />was well received. Staff has also reached out to Met Council and St. Paul Regional <br />Water Service to discuss irrigating their nearby properties. All parties are amenable to <br />the idea. <br />SEWER AND WATER <br />Wellhead Protection Plan <br />The Minnesota Department of Health did not fund our grant application for $10,000 to <br />cover costs related to getting wells sealed. However, they encouraged us to submit again <br />in the spring when the next round of funding is available. <br />2020 Downtown Street and Utility Improvements <br />The Assessment Hearing is a part of this <br />move forward with the project, the bid recommendation is also a part of the agenda. <br />Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve Maintenance Facility Sewer Hook-up <br />County parks staff has contacted the city requesting an extension of their sewer service to <br />some new office space at their maintenance facility in the regional park. <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Committee Vacancy <br />The parks committee has one open seat. <br />Street Light Donation <br /> <br />
