communal bathroom during a pandemic and the public health risk of not having bathroom
facilities available when people need them.

While neither the state nor CDC dictate that portable restrooms must or must not be
deployed, the CDC does offer this guidance:
Cleaned and disinfected regularly, particularly high-touch surfaces
such as faucets, toilets, doorknobs, and light switches. Clean and disinfect
restrooms daily or more often if possible. The EPA-registered household
disinfectants listed here are recommended. Ensure safe and correct application
of disinfectants and keep products away from children.
Regularly stocked with supplies for handwashing, including soap
and materials for drying hands or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Oftentimes restroom facilities without running water, such as portable toilets
and vault toilets, are not stocked with hand hygiene products. Encourage
visitors to be prepared to bring their own hand sanitizer with at least 60%
alcohol for use in these facilities.

Therefore, we are having portable toilets serviced more frequently than normal, at
considerable cost. For the immediate future, we will not have portable restrooms available at
neighborhood parks, where our visitors are usually closer to home.

At such time that the Governor issues an order allowing larger gatherings or should DNR or
CDC guidance on outdoor activities change, these operational decisions should be revisited.

Meetings
Executive Order 20-56 states:
Legislative and other governmental meetings. The limits on gatherings in this Executive
Order do not apply to legislative and other governmental meetings. Remote meetings are
strongly encouraged whenever possible.

With this in mind, all Committee and Commission meetings (P&Z, P&R, EDA, and CC)
will continue to be held via Zoom, a videoconferencing application. The meetings are
also broadcast live on North Metro TV and streamed on their website. Additionally,
meeting connection information is being posted on the website and will be widely
distributed so that the public can join. Du
for the public to be able to request an opportunity to be recognized by the chair. We are
making every effort to allow public viewing and participation of our meetings while
physical access to city hall is not available.

erville Elementary School Plat
The school has received some releases and is waiting on others. Once the school hears
from everyone, they will draw the plat accordingly and record it at the county.

Rebranding
The City Council will need to decide what an appropriate timeframe would be for a roll-out
of rebranding initiatives.
