<br />Comments and Concerns from the Public <br />Asking for playgrounds to be opened <br />th <br />Construction noise complaint on 20 Ave related to Watermark development <br />Little League requesting COVID-19 related policy for use of ballfields <br />Requesting placement of portable restrooms in city parks <br /> <br /> <br />General <br />Continued issues related scrapping operation on residential property. <br /> <br />Driveway and Parking Ordinance Review <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended changes to the driveway portions of <br />the ordinances. A draft ordinance is on this council agenda for a second reading. <br /> <br />Parking ordinances will continue to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission at <br />their next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />A first round of mediation tsidents of Cottonwood Court. <br />The results of that mediation were not immediately available. <br /> <br />th <br />7129 20Ave. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission upheld the decision of the Zoning Administrator on <br />the issue of nuisance lighting. The owner has been issued a notice to abate the issue. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS/STREETS <br /> <br />Building Permits <br />Staff is busy with many deck and shed permits and as well as new home permits. <br /> <br />Street Sweeping <br />Street sweeping is now complete. <br /> <br />Misc. Activities <br />Staff is very busy with locates as small construction projects are on the rise. <br /> <br />Equipment <br /> The two Sterling dump trucks are being sent for box repair, sandblasting & re-coating. <br />Many years of hauling salt has caught up to these two workhorses. <br /> New pickups are on order. <br />City Hall Renovation <br />Architecture and engineering work have begun on the City Hall renovations project. <br /> <br />
