The developer will be exploring several site layout
scenarios, but all will include a row of homes facing Centerville Road. The agreement will also lay
out streetscaping expectations, which will be similar to those on Main Street, with trees, lights and
decorative concrete boulevards.

Development Inquiries
Lakeshore subdivision (2 lots to 5).

General
Parking and residential outdoor storage violations

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Web Site
Social Media
Calendar Updates
CenterStage

Meeting Agendas
Committee Agendas/Packets uploaded

Business Email List

Reader Board
Anoka County Business Relief Grants
Meeting Schedules
Community Email List
COVID-19 Information

Comments & Concerns from Public
Meeting Agendas
Excessive speeds on local roads
Connect with the City on these platforms
