Doors and lettering on the exterior of Station 3 have been painted. <br />Station 3 (Centerville) responded to a garage fire on 7/2 and with limited <br />resources did a great job of containing the fire, which had the potential to spread <br />to the home. Another great reminder of the importance of our public safety <br />crews. <br />Thanks to all the firefighters who helped out with Public Safety night as part of <br />Fete des Lacs. It was a great event. <br />Centennial Lakes Police Department <br />Community Service Officers have been assisting the city in limited situations with <br />code enforcement. <br />Officer Giese was honored by the American Legion as the Officer of the Year. <br />He was also promoted to Sargent at the last Police Governing Board meeting. <br />Thanks to all the police officers who helped out with Public Safety night as part <br />of Fete des Lacs. It was a great event. <br /> <br />
