Peltier Estates <br />Staff received a call from an attorney for the developer, working on finalizing <br /> are hopeful this is a sign that the <br />development is moving forward towards construction. <br />Waterworks Site/DeFoe Property <br />The developer and his representatives continue to work with city staff to finalize the <br />documents necessary to record the approved final plat. Once these final items are <br />complete, building permits may be issued and home construction can begin. <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />The developer has re-engaged city staff <br />agreement and other documents in anticipation of a final plat. We hope to bring that <br />forward in late January or early February. <br /> <br />Block 7 Property <br />A joint meeting of the EDA and P&Z Commission has been scheduled for January 16, <br />2019, where interested developers will be proposing their ideas for development of the <br />site. From there, the city will choose a developer to work with to flesh out more details <br />and begin to scope a development scenario. <br /> <br />1737 Main Street <br />Demolition is complete. Staff will begin to look for ways to market the property. <br /> <br />Commerce Drive Property <br />On this agenda is a concept plan and purchase agreement for the 2.3 Acre, City-owned <br />site on Commerce Drive. The potential buyer is Midwest Best Water Sales. They install <br />and service the water filling stations at grocery stores in the region. Their building would <br />be for warehousing and assembly of the dispensing units and gallon jugs. Our realtor will <br />be on hand to give us some more background information and explain the purchase <br />agreement. <br />General <br />Code enforcement letters have been sent, recently, on the following topics: <br /> No recent activity <br />th <br />A meeting between city staff and the business was held on December 13 to begin <br />clarification of the Conditional Use Permit language. The meeting was productive and we <br />are hopeful that the end result will be some provisions to reduce noise, paired with a <br />clearer CUP defining how the business is able to operate. <br /> <br />
