Additionally, we understand that they have signed a lease agreement with a tenant for the <br />additional 10,000 sf of space in their building. The new business intends to build-out the <br />space for a move in date of March 2020. <br />7241 Main Street <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed concept plat options for the subdivision <br />of this lot. General consensus was that either a 2 or 3 lot configuration could work. We <br />anticipate seeing an application for preliminary plat in the next few weeks. <br />Peltier Estates <br />Administrator Statz recently spoke with the developer for this project. They stated that <br />they were eager to start the project, but had difficulty finding a contractor to give them a <br />bid for the infrastructure work. We are assisting them in locating a contractor. <br /> <br />th <br />Centerville Storage (20 Ave. Mini Storage) <br />The developer anticipates a spring 2020 start to their project. <br /> <br />rd <br />Pheasant Marsh 3 Addition Letter of Credit <br />The city has received, from the developer, a request for the release of the Letter of Credit <br />rd <br />(LOC) for Pheasant Marsh 3 Addition since they have now sold the last remaining <br />vacant lots. We have asked the developer to produce a trail easement. Once that <br />easement is recorded, we will bring the request back to the City Council. <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (Main Street) <br />Staff and consultants held a teleconference with the prospective developer and operator <br />of the proposed Memory Care facility to gain better understanding of their intended <br />operation. Specifics of staffing levels, training, security, day to day operations, state and <br />county licensure and other issues were discussed in detail. We are working with the <br />applicant to put into writing these operational expectations, so that they can become a <br /> <br />
