The issue was tabled as the business owner <br />expressed plans to comply with the requirements laid out by the zoning administrator by <br />the end of August. A follow-up letter was sent to the business owner, requiring him to <br />abate the nuisance before the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The <br />owner has not taken any action to abate the nuisance. The matter is being handed to the <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS/STREETS <br />Staffing <br />One of our public works staff members is now out on medical leave for at least 6 weeks, <br />and perhaps longer. A return to light duty work, may be the first step in a return to work, <br />but it may be several months before he can resume full duties. We have arranged a back- <br />up for his plowing duties. <br /> <br />Congratulations to Tedd Peterson for a successful performance review and 20 years of <br />service. <br /> <br />
