I'm not a fire expert but it seems to me that it would be optimal but not required. <br />I think in general there's a lot of misconception on how land is developed. It seems the <br />perception is Centerville is personally picking and building the business. If the P&Z committee is <br />a good representation of informed citizens, I think it's reasonable that a large portion of <br />population would also support. <br />I seen the posts coordinating lobbying efforts from Lennar. Targeting certain members for the <br />perceived sympathetic views and what has worked to gain that sympathy. It is why I feel <br />compelled to voice the opposition and point out inconsistencies.
