Motion made by Committee Member Errickson-Grahek, seconded by Committee Member Betteringer to provide these recommendations to Public Works to take care of these them as time and budget permit, and also provide a report by Mr Palzer at the end of the summer. All in favor. Motion carried. 3. The city website will have listings for all activities, including Kickball and Softball tournaments, Videogame truck on Saturday sponsored by the City and a Lions Ninja Course. Fundraising for sponsors is on track. Fireworks are scheduled for Friday evening with a rain date of Saturday. Member Errickson-Grahek A Logo selection committee of Mr. Pat Branch, Ms. Lonni Olson and Committee Member Errickson- Grahek selected the first & second place and honorable mention winners of the 2021 Logo Competition for the Centerville Elementary School and the Centennial Middle School. Both first place winners will have their logo on each side of the medallion and other promotional items. They will also be featured on the website, and on advertising for the Fete des Lacs activities. Registration opens from 7:30 am to 9:00 am; there is a reduced registration fee for early registration; there will be no award ceremony this year. The Kids Run is sponsored by Apple Academy. There is no fee, but pre-registration is required. Additional kayaks, canoes and paddleboats may be needed. 1. Ms. Vidger is taking on the role of Coordinator of the Parade this year. Currently there are 28 units, but room for more; no fee for participating. A Grand Marshal still needs to be selected, along with a master or mistress of ceremonies.
