The <br />st <br />property has frontage on 21 Avenue South <br />on its east side (which is also the city limits <br />with Lino Lakes) and the existing cul-de-sac <br />of Fairview Street on the north side. The <br />project involves platting the parcel to <br />dedicate street right-of-way for both <br />st <br />Fairview Street and 21 Avenue. Fairview <br />will then be built to connect through <br />thst <br />between 20 and 21 Avenues, removing <br />the existing cul-de-sac and extending past <br />it. <br /> <br />The project also requires a Conditional Use <br />Permit for the truck terminal, which is a <br />conditional use in the I-1 Industrial District. <br />Site Plan review is also requested. <br />Surrounding uses are all industrial uses or <br />vacant industrial zoned land. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
