If these items are not fully complete <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Building construction work continues as the new facility takes shape on Main Street. <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />Negotiations between the developer and city have continued and the final terms of a purchase <br />agreement will be presented to the City Council at their July 28 meeting. If a purchase <br />agreement is signed, the next steps would be for the developer to prepare detailed site plans <br />for submittal to the city as part of a request for Preliminary Plat. That request would require <br />a public hearing. <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Real estate agent looking for potential sites for a Brew Pub <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />The City Council recently <br />approved the final plat for the <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />Development, including the lots <br />for the Kwik Trip and Norbella <br />Senior Living (2 and 3). The <br />remaining lots will be platted as <br />outlots and will remain for sale as <br />commercially zoned parcels. A <br />to be approved before utility work <br />may begin. The city anticipates <br />that agreement coming before the <br />Council on August 11. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Peterson Shores <br />The proposed 2-lot development <br />was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission and will be considered by the <br />City Council on July 28. <br />Sutton Transportation <br /> <br />
