Rental Assistance <br /> <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Quad Area Chamber of Commerce <br />New Chamber members have been coming online at a great pace, this spring. The business <br />community is looking to get engaged and renew their commitments to the community. <br /> <br />In-person Lunch & Learns are back up and running. The chamber is also hosting business <br />expos at area festivals. <br /> <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />2022 Preliminary Budget <br />The commission has forwarded their budget request to the city council for consideration as <br /> <br />Swag Bags <br />the Main Street Market logo, which will be available at the Thursday market. <br /> <br />Revolving Loan and Grant Program <br />Machine Shop to purchase signage for their Main Street location. <br /> <br />Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />3M Open <br />ACRED is hosting a hospitality tent and promoting the county for business development <br />during the PGA/3M Open. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Centerville Elementary School Expansion <br />Building Permits have now been issued and construction has begun. The re-route of the <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />The developer has begun work on site clean-up. Sidewalks are nearing completion. <br />Backfilling, landscaping, trails, mailbox and street sign installation remain.
