Weekly Line Up <br /> <br />This schedule will be posted on the City’s website and other promotional materials. <br />June 15 – Mean Gene & The Woodticks; <br />June 22 – Dirty Shorts Brass Band; <br />June 29 – Pop Standards Social Club <br />July 6 – Lee <br />July 13 – Cindy Jo, Dirt Road Dixie <br />July 20 – Steve Pointer <br />July 27 – Doo Da Day <br />August 3 – No entertainment (Night to Unite); <br />August 10 – Keith Brow (pending); <br />August 17 – Soundfall. <br /> <br />c. Promotion <br /> <br />Ms. Lonni Olson has offered to help with the promotion of this event. She has submitted very <br />professional and attractive artwork to be printed. There was, however, an additional cost of $55 over <br />and above the $502.04 approved previously. Consensus that this would be approved rather than try to <br />find another printer due to time constraints. The signage for the A-frame kits will be ordered on May 6, <br />2021. It was suggested that a one-page flyer be provided as handouts to be distributed by the volunteers. <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Seeley to approve <br />the invitation/addition of food trucks, the additional $55 cost to the signage and the approval of <br />the weekly line-up. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Special Event Permit - Freiermuth Wedding <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve <br />the Special Event Permit for Tiffany Freiermuth for the use of Hidden Spring Park on June 5, 2021 <br />from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for a wedding. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Special Event Permit – Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce Business Meeting <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve <br />the Special Event Permit for the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce for the use of Laurie LaMotte <br />Memorial Park on May 17, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm for a business meeting.
