ACRED Economic Development Director Update <br /> City Updates <br /> Greater MSP & DEED Updates <br /> Open to Business Update <br /> by Alignment and Regionalism Subcommittee <br /> <br />North Metro Development Summit <br />ACRED is sponsoring and co-hosting the MN Real Estate Journal <br />North Metro Summit and speaking about opportunities for real estate <br />development and investment in the north metro. ACRED City <br />Partners can attend this event with the County. Interested real estate professionals can <br />register for the event at the link below. Event is tentatively planned in person and online. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Centerville Elementary School Expansion <br />Construction continues on schedule. <br /> <br />stnd <br />Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />is on site and has installed a good portion of the walkways. <br />They intend to remain on site until the site work is completed. <br /> <br />Although there has been significant progress, there are still a number of outstanding items. The <br />city is preparing to complete these items utili <br />deadline of September 7, has been established for the developer to complete the work before <br />the city would move in. <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />The final terms of a purchase agreement will be presented to the City Council at their August <br />11 meeting. If a purchase agreement is signed, the next steps would be for the developer to <br />prepare detailed site plans for submittal to the city as part of a request for Preliminary Plat. <br />That request would require a public hearing. <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />Centerville Storage (20Ave. Mini Storage) <br />Landscaping work is complete, and the developer anticipates paving in the coming weeks, <br />with fence, security camera and other finishing touches to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />
