Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />has installed the entrance monument along with <br />sod throughout most of the common areas. They intend to remain on site until the site work is <br />completed. <br /> <br />Although there has been significant progress, there are still a number of outstanding items. The <br />city is preparing to complete these items utili <br />deadline of September 7, has been established for the developer to complete the work before <br />the city would move in. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />The developer of this property is now estimating a completion date of mid- <br />September. <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Homeowner looking to subdivide lot in downtown for high density residential. <br /> Investor looking to subdivide lot in downtown for high density residential. <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />City staff continue negotiatir the plat. Grading has begun <br />under a separate grading permit. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />No new news with this portion of the development. <br /> <br />Norbella Senior Living <br />Norbella is preparing to break ground as soon as the site work and utilities allow. Sewer and <br />water fees and billing logistics are being worked out between Centerville (supplying water) <br />and Lino Lakes (supplying sewer). <br /> <br />Peterson Shores <br />at was approved by the City Council on July <br />28. A final plat will be up for approval soon. <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />st <br />This plat dedicates right-of-way on 21 Avenue south of Fairview Street and dedicates the <br />st <br />remaining right-of-way for Fairview Street, through to 21 <br />agreement is being negotiated to cover the installation of the Fairview Street Road extension <br />would accommodate the proposed Sutton Transport <br />project (see below). <br />Sutton Transport <br />A cross-dock and warehousing facility is being <br />st <br />the west side of 21 Avenue across from Distribution Alternatives. The 60-dock facility will <br />include a 40,000 sf warehousing area, offices and a 3-bay service station for light repair <br />work. An expansion area adding an additional 24 docks and 16,000 sf of warehouse is shown <br />for future development. The development will extend Fairview Street through, connecting <br />thst <br />20 and 21 Avenues. <br />July 28. <br /> <br />
