Small construction equipment. <br />(c)(d) Clotheslines, antennae, air conditioners, outdoor grills, play <br />equipment, ornaments and monuments; <br />(d) (e) Temporary storage of materials and equipment during construction <br />and landscaping for a period of no greater than 15 days; and <br />(e) (f) Lakeshore properties can store the following items of personal <br />property within 50 feet of the shoreline during the months from <br />September to May: docks, boatlifts, swim rafts, slides and other <br />swimming equipment. <br /> <br />Section 3. That Section 156.166(K) shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(K) Improvement and maintenance Î non-residential properties. Required parking and <br />loading spaces, together with driveways, aisles and other circulation areas, shall be <br />improved with in a way as to provide a durable and dust-free surface such as asphalt, <br />concrete, pavers, cobblestone or similar material as approved by the City <br />Administrator or their designee. Gravel or loose rock, such as landscape rock, is not <br />permitted. according to minimum city specifications, excluding R-1 Districts. All <br />parking and loading areas shall provide for proper drainage of surface water to <br />prevent the drainage of the water onto adjacent properties or walkways. The owner of <br />any parking or loading area shall maintain the area in good condition without holes <br />and free of all dust, rubbish and other debris. Parking and access drives shall be <br />located a minimum of five feet from any property line. Parking spaces shall be a <br />minimum of nine feet wide and 18 feet deep. <br /> <br />Section 4. That a new Section 156.166(L) shall be added and current items (L) and (M) shall <br />be reordered to item (M) and (N), as follows: <br /> <br />(L) Improvement and maintenance Î residential properties. Parking spaces and <br />driveways shall be improved with a durable and dust-free surface such as asphalt, <br />concrete, pavers, cobblestone or similar material as approved by the City <br />Administrator or their designee. Gravel or loose rock, such as landscape rock, is not <br />permitted in the front of the property, within the front yard setback, or within the <br />public street right-of-way, but is allowed elsewhere on a residential property. This <br />surfacing requirement does not apply in the R-1 District, where gravel driveways <br />shall be allowed. All parking and driveways shall provide for proper drainage of <br />surface water to prevent the drainage of the water onto adjacent properties or <br />walkways. The owner of any parking area or driveway shall maintain the area in <br />good condition without holes and free of all dust, trash and other debris.
