6. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The Final Plat shall be developed in accordance with <br />the following plans ("Plans") which are on file with the City. The Plans shall not be attached to <br />this Agreement. If the Plans vary from the written terms of this Agreement, the written terms shall <br />control. The approved Plans are as follows: <br />A. Final Plat, Rehbein Commercial, adopted by City Council 07/14/2021. <br />B. Preliminary Plat, Rehbein Commercial, Carlson McCain (prepared by Thomas <br />Balluff (03/11/2021), adopted by City Council 04/28/2021. <br />C. Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, Storm Sewer, and Street Construction Plans, Carlson <br />McCain (prepared by Joseph Radach (06/09/2021). <br />D. Specification, Rehbein Commercial, Centerville, Minnesota, Carlson McCain <br />Project No.: 9238-00, (06/09/2021). <br />E. Any "as -built" plans of public or private improvements constructed pursuant to this <br />Agreement. <br />F. Easements for cul-de-sac at the west end of Michaud Way. <br />These Plans may include subsequent plan revisions approved, in writing, by the City Engineer. <br />The Parties recognize that the Final Plat and the Plans contain undefined elements related to the <br />Outlots subject to future development. Once those elements are defined, they shall be included as <br />part of these Plans and the Final Plat. All current and future site development of the Lots and <br />Outlots shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Preliminary Plat, <br />except for subsequent plan revisions approved, in writing, by the City Engineer. <br />7. PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and <br />pay for the following improvements ("Improvements") as required by the Development Plans. <br />These Improvements are detailed in Exhibit D. <br />All Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City's subdivision ordinance; <br />City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other applicable law, <br />ordinance. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications for the Improvements that have <br />been prepared by a licensed registered professional civil engineer to the City for approval by the <br />City Council.
