proceeding with construction of the Improvements. The Developer, at its sole expense, shall <br />instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of <br />quality control to the extent that the Developer's engineer will be able to certify, as a condition of <br />City acceptance, that the construction work for the Improvements meet the approved City <br />standards. <br />The Developer, its contractors, and subcontractors, shall follow all instructions received <br />from the City and Rice Creek Watershed inspectors, so long as in conformity with the Plans. The <br />Developer's engineer shall provide for on -site project management. The Developer or its engineer <br />shall schedule a pre -construction meeting at a mutually agreeable time and location with all parties <br />concerned, including the City Engineer, inspector and/or consultants, to review the program for <br />the construction work. Prior to the pre -construction meeting, Developer shall supply a schedule of <br />construction activities and shall amend the schedule from time to time as necessary. Before the <br />Security for the completion of Public Improvements is released in total, iron monuments must be <br />installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. Chapter 505. The Developer's surveyor shall submit a <br />written notice to the City certifying that the monuments have been installed. <br />8. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain, or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain, all necessary permits. Those permits obtained by Developer to begin <br />work include, but are not limited to: <br />A. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency — National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System Permit For Storm Water Discharge Related To Construction Activity <br />B. Rice Creek Watershed District — General Permit For Development Activity <br />C. City of Centerville - Building Permit <br />D. City of Centerville — Grading Permit for land disturbing activities. <br />E. City of Centerville — Right -of -Way Permits for small utilities such as gas, phone, <br />electric, cable TV. <br />F.
