<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held a meeting on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. by Chairperson Broussard-Vickers. <br /> <br />Present: Chairperson Linda Broussard-Vickers <br />Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br /> Commissioner Les Kuiper <br /> <br />Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br />Commissioner David Kubat <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison, Russ Koski <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Administrator Statz proposed an addition to the agenda; Acceptance of the resignation of <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher. No further changes were offered. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Krueger, seconded by Commissioner Kubat to Approve the <br />Agenda with the noted addition. A roll-call vote was taken. None. <br /> <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Block 7 Concept Plans – Centra Homes <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced the concept plans to the Commission. Land Acquisition & <br />Development Manager, Carla Dunham and CFO, David Pattberg with Centra Homes, <br />provided details on the concept plans, parking layout and reviewed the pros and cons of <br />Concept 1: Original RFP Proposal, Concept 2: Alternative A, and Concept 3: Alternative B. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
