All products, materials, and equipment, except as specifically <br />provided in this chapter, shall be stored within a permitted structure. <br />(1) Residential districts. The conditions in this section shall apply in R-1, R-2, R-2A, <br />R-4, and R-5 zoning districts, they shall not apply in R-3, M-1, or M-2 zoning <br />districts. <br /> <br />(a) Permitted areas for outside storage: <br />a. Permitted Areas Of Outside Storage. Outside storage is permitted <br />on all areas of a parcel and the permitted driveway except those <br />areas stated below. <br />b. Prohibited Areas Of Outside Storage. <br />i. Outside storage is prohibited between the street and the <br />street-facing plane of a structure except on the permitted <br />driveway surface. <br />ii. Outside storage is prohibited within five feet of a side lot <br />line. <br />iii. Outside storage is prohibited, and vehicles are prohibited <br />from parking or standing on a permitted driveway within <br />ten (10) feet of the street, from blocking a sidewalk or trail, <br />or from creating a public nuisance. <br />(b) Passenger motor vehicles shall only park, stand, or be stored inside an <br />enclosed structure or on a permitted driveway. <br /> <br />
