City of Centerville <br />Regular Meeting Planning and Zoning Commission <br />July 13, 2021 <br /> <br />Commission could make a recommendation on that part of the plan. It was the consensus of <br />the Commission to address only the variance request this evening and noted the code may <br />need to be changed in the future to address issues such as these. <br /> <br />Chairperson Broussard-Vickers called for any further comments or discussion on this item, <br />no one wished to speak. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Twohy to Close the <br />Public Hearing at 7:27p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Preliminary Plat – Peterson Shores <br /> <br />Chairperson Broussard-Vickers opened the public hearing on this item at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced and provided background on this item. He stated the <br />application is pretty straightforward. He noted there were some proposed changes made to <br />the plan and those are included in the packet this evening. <br /> <br />Chairperson Broussard-Vickers called for any public comments or input from the applicant, <br />no one wished to address the Commission. <br /> <br />There was a brief discussion among the Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Twohy, seconded by Commissioner Kubat to Close the <br />Public Hearing at 7:36p.m. All in favor. Richard Nelson <br /> <br />This item was heard later in the agenda as item VII.5. <br /> <br />2. Block 7 Concept Plans Centra Homes <br /> <br />There was discussion on the item and the consensus of the Commission was that the <br />applicant did a good job accommodating the requests and changes proposed.
