All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Variance Request – 1313 Mound Trail <br /> <br />Chairperson Broussard-Vickers called for any questions or further discussion from the <br />Commissioners on this agenda item before asking for a motion and vote. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Twohy, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to recommend <br />approval of the Variance Request to put an Accessory Structure in the front yard while <br />adhering to the 35 foot setback. Chairperson Broussard Vickers Opposed. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />3. Preliminary Plat – Peterson Shores <br /> <br />Chairperson Broussard-Vickers called for any questions or further discussion from the <br />Commissioners on this agenda item before asking for a motion and vote. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Olson to recommend <br />approval of the Preliminary Plat for Peterson Shores contingent upon addressing the <br />comments of the City Planner, Engineer, Public Works Director and Public Safety <br />Officials. Vice-Chair Appointment <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Krueger <br />nominating Nick Twohy as Vice-Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
