hereunder.In the case of an emergency the City shallatattemptnotify Developer immediatelyby <br />calling Matt Rehbein at 612-282-7153.If the Developer does not reimburse the City for any cost <br />the City incurred for such work within thirty (30) days, the City may make a claim against the <br />to pay any costs.No development, utility or street construction will be allowed <br />and no building permits will be issued unless the Developer is in full compliance with the SWPPP. <br />The Developer shall require all contractors and subcontractors working on the Project to <br />.Those contractors and subcontractors are to be <br />advisedofthe City standardsas to how they may be required to post surety to secure performance. <br />The City will work cooperatively with the Developer in securing their compliance with erosion <br />control standards through the building permit process. <br />12.GRADING PLAN.The Plat shall be graded in accordance with the Grading Plan. <br />Within thirty (30) days after completionofthe gradingand before the City releases any Security, <br />land surveyor or engineer, with elevation shots showingthat all ponds, swales, emergency <br />overflows and ditches have been constructed in accordance with the approved grading plan. <br />Developer shall verifyand submit to the City,lot corner elevations, pond depth, storm water <br />ingress,and buildingpads.The City will withhold issuance ofbuilding permits until the approved <br />certified grading plan is on file with the City and all erosion control measures are in place as <br />determined by the City Engineer.The Developer shall be required to maintain all erosion control <br />measures until written termination of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systempermit. <br />13.DEWATERING.Due to the variable nature of groundwater levels and stormwater <br />to satisfy themselves with regard to the elevation of groundwater in the area and the level of effort <br />needed to perform dewatering and stormflow routing operations.All dewatering shall be in <br />accordance with all applicable county, state, and federal rules,and regulations.Department of <br />Natural Resourcesregulations regarding appropriations permits shall also be strictly enforced. <br />Version 09/17/2021 Page 8 <br /> <br />
