3. Motorhome; <br /> Temporary storage of materials and equipment during <br />construction and landscaping for a period of no greater than 15 <br />days; and <br />(d) Permitted Areas of Outside Storage. Outside storage is permitted <br />on all areas of a parcel and the permitted driveway excepts those <br />areas noted as prohibited in this section. <br />(e) Prohibited Areas of Outside Storage. <br />(i) Outside storage is prohibited between the street and the <br />street-facing plane of a structure except on the permitted <br />driveway surface. <br />(ii) Outside storage is prohibited within five (5) feet of a side <br />lot line. <br />(iii) Outside storage is prohibited within ten (10) feet of the <br />street, from blocking a sidewalk or trail, or from creating <br />a public nuisance. <br />(h) Firewood. The outside storage of firewood shall be no closer than five <br />(5) feet to any property line. Such wood shall be stacked in a neat, <br />orderly, safe manner. The maximum height allowed is four (4) feet. <br />(i) Construction Storage. Outside storage may include temporary storage <br />of materials and equipment during construction and landscaping when <br />performed pursuant to a permit issued by the City. Temporary storage <br />shall not to exceed four (4) months from the date a permit is issued by <br />the City unless written permission is granted by City Staff to extend this <br />period. <br />(j) Fish house. <br />fish spearing, commonly known as an ice shelter, dark house, fish <br />house, or wheelhouse, otherwise requiring a license from the State. <br />These shelters include any shelter ever licensed for taking fish from <br />public waters.
